• 02 - EARLY BIRD - CSACI Emeritus Associate / Recent Graduate / Allied Health Professional / Fellow in Training / Residents – $480.25

• 06 - Medical / Scientific Trainee – $395.50
  Must be a CSACI member to qualify for this rate. All scientific sessions, meals, and 13% HST tax ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala & CSACI Awards dinner tickets not included). A student enrolled at a medical school, who is training to become a physician.
• 08 - Allied Health Professionals / Student (NON MEMBER) / Not-for-profit Attendee – $593.25
