• 01 - CSACI Active Fellow / Scientific Associate (PhD/MSc) / Physician Associates – $787.50
  To qualify for this rate, your membership dues MUST be paid in full. All scientific sessions, meals, and 5% GST tax ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included)
• 02 - EARLY BIRD - CSACI Emeritus Associate / Recent Graduate / Allied Health Professional / Fellow in Training / Residents – $498.75

• 06 - Medical / Scientific Trainee – $365.50
  Must be a CSACI member to qualify for this rate. All scientific sessions, meals, and 5% GST tax ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included). A student enrolled at a medical school, who is training to become a physician.
• 08 - Allied Health Professionals / Student (NON MEMBER) / Not-for-profit Attendee – $577.50
