• 02 - CSACI Emeritus Associate / Recent Graduate / Allied Health Professional / Fellow in Training / Residents – $508.50

• 06 - Medical / Scientific Student – $56.50
  Must be a CSACI member to qualify for this rate. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included). A student enrolled at a medical school, who is training to become a physician.
• 08 - Allied Health Professionals (NON MEMBER) / Not-for-profit Attendee – $621.50
