By the end of this talk, attendees will be able to:

• Identify the purpose of the RFP process for immunoglobulin products
• Discuss the outcomes of the recent RFP process for immunoglobulin products
• List opportunities to enable a smooth transition for patients using immunoglobulin products
• Discuss the experiences of patients with immunodeficiency with receiving immunoglobulin replacement therapy in Canada
• Recognize some of the challenges that occurred with the past transition with immunoglobulin products
