• 1.     EXPLAIN HOW A FOOD ALLERGY EDUCATION PROGRAM COULD BENEFIT CANADIAN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
• 2.     ARTICULATE THE KEY CONTENT AREAS OF THE AMERICAN-BASED FOOD ALLERGY EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
• DESCRIBE THE BENEFITS OF, AS WELL AS LESSONS LEARNED IN THE US PROGRAM.
