• 01 - CSACI Active Fellow / Scientific Associate (PhD/MSc) – $621.50
  To qualify for this rate, your membership dues MUST be paid in full. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included)
• 02 - CSACI Emeritus Associate – $339.00
  All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included).
• 03 - CSACI Fellow-in-Training / Residents / Medical Students / Scientific Student Associates – $310.75
  Must be a CSACI member to qualify for this rate & live OUTSIDE the TORONTO area (50 km). All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included).
• 04 - CSACI Fellow-In-Training / Residents / Medical Students Associates / Allied Health living in the TORONTO area ONLY
  CSACI Fellow-In-Training/Residents/Medical Students Associates and qualified Allied Health professionals living IN the TORONTO area can qualify for this rate. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included). *NO travel grants for this registration category. • 05 - Recent Graduate – $367.25
  Recent graduates have completed their fellowship training within this calendar year. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included).
• 06 - AllerGen Trainees – $310.75
  Must be an AllerGen Trainee to qualify for this rate. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included). *Please contact CSACI Office for registration code.
• 07 - CSACI Allied Health Professional – $423.75
  To qualify for this rate, your membership dues MUST be paid in full & be a CSACI member in good standing for two consecutive years. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included).
• 08 - Allied Health Professional (Non Member) – $508.50
  To qualify for this rate, you MUST be an Allied Health Professionals. All scientific sessions, meals, and taxes ARE INCLUDED. (CAAIF Gala dinner ticket not included).
• 09 - Allied Health 1 Day Symposium – $169.50
  Allied Health 1 Day Symposium includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and taxes ARE INCLUDED on October 14.
