  To qualify for this rate, your membership dues MUST be paid in full. All scientific sessions, meals, social events & taxes are included.
• 03 - CSACI Emeritus – $315.00
  All scientific sessions, meals, social events & taxes are included.
• 04 - CSACI Fellow-in-Training / Residents / Medical Students / Scientific Student Associates – $288.75
  Must be a CSACI member to qualify for this rate & live OUTSIDE the Vancouver area. All scientific sessions, mealS, social events & taxes are included.
• 05 - CSACI Fellow-In-Training / Residents / Medical Students Associates / Allied Health living in the Vancouver area ONLY
  CSACI Fellow-In-Training/Residents/Medical Students Associates and Allied Health living IN the Vancouver area can qualify for this rate + NO TRAVEL GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS REGISTRATION CATEGORY.   Recent graduates have completed their fellowship training within this calendar year. All scientific sessions, meals, social events and taxes are included.

  Must be an active member of a NFP organization - subject to approval. All scientific sessions, meals, social events and taxes are included.
• 09 - Non-Member Physician – $913.50
  All scientific sessions, meals, social events and taxes are included.
• 10 - Corporate / Exhibitor Representative – $1,254.75
  All scientific sessions, meals, social events and taxes are included.
• 11 - Daily Rate - Immunodeficiency Symposium ONLY (Oct 22, 2015) – $78.75
  THIS FEE IS ONLY FOR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22 07:00 to 12:00 - Breakfast, nutrition break & taxes are included.
